Cycle two primaries so the gauge never runs dry.

Switching primary weapons fully restores the Sha-Chi gauge, and fast weapons generate Sha-Chi faster than slow ones. So: build the bar on a fast weapon, spend it on a heavy one, then swap to refill.

- +Keeps you out of the breached state, which is when bosses punish hardest.
- +Scales with Sha-Chi Amber, since a bigger gauge means a longer spending window.
